Born in Romania, Dr. Sandy Ghibu graduated in 1978 from the School of Dental Science, University of Medicine at Tirgu Mures. She then practiced dentistry in Romania for more than a decade. After moving to the United States, she attended and  graduated from the School of Dentistry, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1992, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, and then relocated to California.
   Dr. Ghibu has been in practice in Southern California since 1992, and has served here in her Laguna Hills office for the past 10 years.
