Born in Romania, Dr. Sandy Ghibu graduated in 1978 from the School of Dental Science, University of Medicine at Tirgu Mures, then practiced dentistry in her home country for more than a decade. After moving to the United States, she graduated from the School of Dentistry, Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1992, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree there, then relocated to California.
   Dr. Ghibu has been in private practice in Southern California since 1992, and served here in her Laguna Hills office for the past 6 years.
